Driving times are an increasingly important factor in many forms of analysis, planning and decision support.   We at Mercator GeoSystems have  many years experience in helping provide accurate and cost effective drive times for your applications.

Drive Time data and mapping

It is often useful to visualise the geographic area within a certain drive time of a location such as a store, service location or other form of outlet.  We can either provide the customised data enabling you to create your own maps or produce a map for you tailored to your needs.

Pre-Built Drive Time Matrices

Many forms of location analysis require the provision of a "drive time matrix".  These "DTMs" are a table which records drive time (and / or distance) data between a number of locations.   We offer pre-built matrices for Great Britain based on Postal Sectors or Postal Districts.

Custom Built Drive Time Matrices

Sometimes an 'Off the Shelf' matrix is not suitable.  This could be for a number of reasons include the requirement for a more detailed road network or the inclusion of specific locations in the matrix.  Our drive time matrix generator enables us to produce custom matrices far faster than previously possible.
